January is almost over. Isn’t it too late to be sending out a blog/email about Goal Setting?

Absolutely not. Only about 8% of people keep their New Years Resolution. You don’t need January 1st to start setting goals. It starts with every morning, every day, with the choices we make that determine our end results.

So, how can we help make our New Years Resolutions stick?

Let me ask you this… Have you ever set a goal for yourself and you still haven’t been able to accomplish it? Well, there is a chance you made a common goal setting mistake that most people make. There are many ways in which we can set goals that will be easier for us to stick to. We have found this method to be helpful.

Goals should always be SMARTER

SMART GOALS

Here at Phoenix Men’s Health Center, we make sure all of your goals are SMARTER. Some of the information we help you figure out includes:

We help you define what success is to you.  The definition of success is what you make it.  Success is determined by what you want.  Not what someone else wants.  Not what society says it is.  It is 100% exactly what you decide you want!

This is why you must set your goals for yourself.

So why are goals so important to our patients? They give them something to reach for. Each goal should have an emotional reason behind it, this gives it great power. We want to see you succeed.

When our patients set their goals we want to make sure they have both short-term and long-term goals. This constantly gives them something to work towards (long-term goals) but at the same time, they are always reaching goals (short-term goals).

These short-term goals will compound over time. These compound effects will lead to amazing improvements in energy, vitality, longevity, and health. Our patients that have stuck with their programs we have developed have great results even after 1 year. They are stronger, happier, leaner. We could not be more excited for them. See their stories here

This is a great book to read for the new year, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy

We are off to help more patients. We can’t thank you all enough for continuing to strive for what is right, good, and healthy in your lives.

We are here to help.

Committed to your success
