What is integrated medicine? Integrated medicine combines our modern technology, diagnostic tools, medications, modern treatments, and natural treatment options to give you the most options and specialized treatments for your health.
Integrated medicine gives you the best parts of traditional medicine and cutting edge treatments. Natural treatments are based on different traditional medicine philosophies, diet, nutrition, exercise, acupuncture, homeopathy, and chiropractic work. Each of these natural options is based on ancient therapies that people have been using for thousands of years. We bring our training in both natural medicine and cutting edge new treatment options to give you the best of both worlds. That’s what we specialize here at the Phoenix Men’s Health Center.
When you come to see us, you’re going to get natural options, diet, and lifestyle recommendations as well as any medical treatments you need because that’s our integrative medical approach.
As your doctors, we are ready to listen to you. We designed our office around you to make you comfortable physically and mentally. Studies show that most medical doctors spend at least half their clinical time working on a computer instead of talking with patients.1 Our model allows us to work differently. We’re going to care about you and listen to you. We listen to your history, your concerns, and your health goals. As your talking to us, we use our knowledge, from modern, cutting-edge technologies to powerful, natural treatments and combine them to create the best solution for you. We are here for patients who want one practice that can handle all their needs. We’re also here for patients who’ve not been able to get results anywhere else.
Surgery Isn’t Your Only Option
Have you ever been told that there’s nothing that we can do for you? Or you’ve been told the only thing we can do is surgery, especially for pain relief? Integrative medicine and our regenerative medical techniques can give you other options. So I have a lot of patients tell me, “Oh my doctor said I need a knee replacement. Is there anything else you can do?” And yes, we do have other options! We have regenerative medical techniques that provide pain relief and really heal the root cause. We have many different techniques to help you avoid surgery and get you moving pain-free again, whether it is with prolotherapy2, PRP, or amniotic allograft, we’d love to show you all of your options.
Chronic Pain Relief
So one of the biggest concerns I get here at the practice is that a lot of patients have pain, right? Everybody has pain, and they don’t know what to do. They take pills, whether that’s Advil, all the way up to Vicodin and morphine, and still can’t get their chronic pain under control. We look for your pain’s root cause and fix it to provide lasting pain relief that’s not drug dependent. One study found that patients that use integrative medicine have reduced pain relief and fewer hospital costs.3 A lot of chronic pain can be caused by a degenerative condition, which we can fix by using those regeneration techniques. We help you get out of pain, so you don’t have to be taking these drugs, so you don’t have to feel awful, and so you can get your life back.
Regenerative Treatments with Anti-Aging Benefits
Regenerative therapy is for more than just your joints. As an integrative medical practice, we offer solutions for any anti-aging and aesthetics needs you have as well. So if your hair is thinning or you’re balding, we offer PRP therapy to help with regenerating those hair follicles. 4 Also, if you have acne scars or wrinkles that you want to go away, we also do vampire facials in office, using SkinPen and those same regenerative techniques to get you great results5.
Comprehensive, Integrative, Personal Treatment
If your doctor has ever said, “We’ve done everything we can. You just have to go on this steroid for the rest of your life.” It’s easy to feel defeated and without hope. Here, we listen to you and put all of this integrative knowledge together into one personalized treatment plan to come up with a solution to help you. We provide a range of different treatments and bring in that regenerative principal again by using IV therapy, PRP, or amnio, to find the root cause and fix it. Remember, we’re going to try our hardest to get you feeling the best that you can possibly feel. We won’t give up on you. That’s what we do here at the Phoenix Men’s Health Center, and we’re so proud to offer that for you and every single one of our patients.
