Homemade Protein Bars  is a great way to get your daily protein, stick to a Paleo type diet, save money, keep your food source clean and healthy.

These all natural, chemical free, natural protein bars are easy to make, please give them a try and let us know what you think.

1/3 cup Coconut oil

1/2 cup smooth almond butter

1/2 almond milk (unsweetened) 

1-1/2 cups vanilla plant based protein powder

1/3 cup almond meal

Apply all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or food processor. Simply mix well with a heavy spoon, or mix with the food processor until the right consistency. Heavy, semi-dry dough that is easy to mold with your clean hands.

(you can always adjust the protein powder and almond milk to get you the right consistency)

Apply dough to large cutting board. Mold into 1″ large rectangle to be cut into bars of your desired size.

Once you have them cut up in the desired size, simply wrap in plastic wrap. Store them in the refrigerator, take them to work, and throw them in your gym bag.

These protein bars are the best snack choice to keep healthy fat and protein intake in your diet.

Keep in mind these are a very simple version of the protein bar. There are many protein bar options online. Once you get comfortable with them you can add other ingredients. But, first keep it simple. Trust us, they are very easy, and worth the minimal effort.
