💪 Check your Testosterone Levels for $49. Learn More

If you’ve been feeling off — tired, low drive, foggy, just not yourself — the first step isn’t a prescription. It’s data. Our $49 testosterone screening gives you real lab work and a one-on-one conversation with a physician, so you know exactly where you stand before making any decisions.

Checking in for a $49 testosterone screening at Phoenix Men’s Health Center

What the $49 Screening Includes

This isn’t a mail-in test kit or a finger prick. Your screening includes a comprehensive blood panel drawn on-site at our central Phoenix office, including your testosterone levels, followed by a one-on-one provider consultation to walk through what your numbers actually mean for you.

There’s no membership requirement and no commitment to treatment — the screening is designed to give you answers, not to sell you anything.

How It Works, Step by Step

Step 1: Book Online

Schedule your $49 screening online or call 602-908-5422. Pick a time that works — visits are quick and we keep the schedule tight so you’re not sitting in a waiting room.

Step 2: A Quick In-Office Blood Draw

Your visit to our office at 2601 N. 3rd Street takes just a few minutes. Our team draws a comprehensive panel on-site — your booking confirmation includes anything you need to know to prepare.

Step 3: Review Your Results with the Doctor

Once your labs are back, you’ll sit down one-on-one to go through your results. Not a rushed phone call — a real conversation about your numbers, your symptoms, and what they mean together. Numbers on a lab report only tell part of the story; we look at them in context with how you actually feel.

Step 4: Get a Straight Answer

If your levels are normal, we’ll tell you — and talk through what else might explain your symptoms. If low testosterone may be playing a role, we’ll walk through your options, including testosterone replacement therapy, so you can decide what’s right for you. Results vary from person to person, and treatment isn’t the right answer for everyone.

Why Get Screened Instead of Guessing?

Symptoms like fatigue, low libido, and brain fog have many possible causes — low testosterone is only one of them. The only way to know whether your levels are actually low is lab work reviewed by a provider who specializes in men’s health. Screening first also protects you from the opposite problem: starting treatment you may not need.

What Happens After the Screening?

That’s entirely up to you. Some men get peace of mind that their levels are normal. Others choose to start a physician-supervised plan. If treatment does make sense, we’ll go over what TRT costs in Phoenix and what your first appointment looks like — no pressure either way.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the testosterone screening cost?

$49, which includes the comprehensive blood panel drawn in our office and a one-on-one provider consultation to review your results.

Do I need to prepare for the blood draw?

Your booking confirmation includes everything you need to know before your visit. If you have questions beforehand, call us at 602-908-5422.

What if my testosterone comes back normal?

Then you’ll know — and that’s valuable. We’ll tell you straight and discuss other factors that may explain your symptoms. We don’t recommend treatment for men whose levels don’t support it.

Where is the screening done?

At Phoenix Men’s Health Center, 2601 N. 3rd St. #304, in central Phoenix — a short drive from anywhere in the Valley on I-10, the 51, or the 202. Men come to us from the East Valley and the West Valley alike.
